Lazy Lasagna for 207:03

  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce (rugu mushrooms)
  • 3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups wide egg noodles (no yolks)
  • pinch salt (for boil water)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • option: chopped fresh parley or chives
  1. Add salt, Boil the noodles until noodles are soft and tender
  2. Warm up spaghetti sauce, stir in the mozzarella and cottage cheese. Fold in the noodles. Pout into baking sheet or meat load pan. Spinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake uncovered at 375°F, for 20 minutes, until bubbly.
  4. Once out of oven, top with shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese, or chopped parley or chives.
