Blueberry Oat Bread

Complete recipe with instructions and measurements:

PREPARATION 15 minutes
Cook TIME 55-65 minutes


*2 cups almond flour (180 grams)
*1 cup rooled oats (90 grams)
*1 cup sugar (225 grama)
*1 1/2 tsp baking powder (7 grams)
*1/2 tsp baking soda (2 grams)
*1/4 tsp salt (2 grams)
*1/4 tsp allspice (2 grams)
*3/4 cup milk (Almond milk unsweetened) (95 grams)
*1/2 cup unsalted room temputure butter (56 grams)
*1 tsbp grated orange peel
*2 eggs (100 grams)
*1 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (125 grams)
*1/2 cup chopped walnuts (56 grams)


*Combine almond flour, rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, allspice in mixer. Mix for 30 seconds.

*Add milk, butter, orange peel and eggs.
*Turn on mixer and mix for 30 seconds.
*Gently add in the blueberries.
*Add in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
*Spoon batter into a 9 x5 bread pan. Make sure it has been greased on the bottom “ONLY”

*Bake for 350 degrees, for 55 to 65 minutes.
*Insert toothe pick in center comes out clean.
*Cool in pan 10 minutes
*Remove bread form bread pan, and cool completly on wore rack for 30 minutes.
