Margarita Ice Cream

Complete recipe with instructions and measurements:

Preparation 10 minutes
Servings 8-10

2 cups Heavy Cream (464 grams)
1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar (172 grams)
3 Tbsp Orange Liquor (45 grams)
2 Tbsp Tequila (30 grams)
Zest of 1 Lime (3 grams)
Zest of 1 Orange (3 grams)
½ cup Lime Juice (121 grams)


* In the bowl of an electric standing mixer, whisk together the lime juice, orange liquor, tequila, and the orange and lime zest, just to combine ingredients together.

*Add heavy cream and whisk on high speed for about 2 minutes or until the heavy cream mixture forms soft peaks.

* Place in an airtight container and freeze for 8 hours.

*To serve, scoop into margarita glasses and sprinkle with lime zest and place a lime slice to the side of the glass so that it not only taste like a margarita but it looks like a margarita!
